Secure your spot at the Columbia Valley Classics Show & Shine by pre-registering and paying by e-transfer today! 

Online pre-registration open until September 7th, 2024.

Step 1: Simply complete the registration form below and send in your payment. Please note, if you wish to pay by cash, you can register in person during Show & Shine weekend.

Step 2: Send us an e-transfer for $25/vehicle to columbiavalleyclassics@gmail.com

Upon receipt of your registration and payment, a confirmation email will be dispatched. Please keep a copy of your confirmation.

Step 3: Collect your dash cards and registration package conveniently on Friday, September 20th, from 1pm until 9pm at the Radium Hot Springs Centre. 

Please note: If you're registering multiple vehicles, kindly fill out the registration form for each vehicle. Refresh the webpage as needed to facilitate multiple registrations. 

Registration Fee: No refunds will be provided for pre-paid registration fees. Cash registration will be available the Friday evening and Saturday morning of the Show & Shine weekend.

Liability: In consideration of acceptance of the right to participate, entrants, participants, spectators and/or volunteers by execution of this entry form release and discharge the Columbia Valley Classic Car Club, its, officers, directors and volunteers, the Columbia Valley Classics Show & Shine, the province of British Columbia and any of their officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives and servants who may be connected with the Columbia Valley Classics Show & Shine and Columbia Valley Classic Car Club from all known and unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgments and/or claims from any cause that may be suffered by any entrant to his/her person or property.

Advertising Release: In consideration of this entry, entrant and spouse or guest(s) hereby agree to permit the Columbia Valley Classic Car Club to use their names and pictures of their car for publicity, advertising and commercial purposes (including internet, newspaper, magazines, radio and television) before, during and after the show and do hereby relinquish any rights whatsoever to any photos taken in connection with the event and give permission to publish or sell said photos.

Code of Conduct: “Burn-outs” and other “Stunting” acts are not sanctioned by the Columbia Valley Classic Car Club and are subject to vehicle confiscation, fines and/or other Penalties under the British Columbia Provincial Motor Vehicle Act.
