SHOW & SHINE ONLINE REGISTRATION

Registration Fee: Online registrations are $25/vehicle + online booking fee via PayPal. No refunds will be provided for registration fees. Cash registration will still be available the Friday evening and Saturday morning of the Show & Shine weekend, however, the registration fee will be $30/vehicle (cash only).

Important Parking Info: Please note that Show & Shine parking is not guaranteed with pre-registration. We strongly recommend arriving early to line up for parking before 9:00am as our volunteers park vehicles on a first come, first serve basis. While parking gates officially close at 11:00am, spaces fill quickly and volunteers may need to close access earlier once capacity is reached. 

Liability Waiver and Release

In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate, the registrant and all participants, by execution of this registration, hereby release, waive, and discharge the Columbia Valley Classics Car Club, its members, officers, volunteers, sponsors, affiliates, and event organizers from any and all known or unknown claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, losses, judgments, or demands of any kind arising from or related to participation in the Columbia Valley Classics Show & Shine and any related events.

This release includes, but is not limited to, any claims arising from negligence, personal injury, property damage, theft, fire, weather conditions, or any other cause whatsoever that may occur before, during, or after the event. The registrant and participants further acknowledge and assume full responsibility for any risk of bodily injury, death, or property damage while participating in or attending the Columbia Valley Classics Show & Shine and its associated activities.

In consideration of this entry, entrant and spouse or guest(s) hereby agree to permit the Columbia Valley Classic Car Club to use their names and pictures of their car for publicity, advertising and commercial purposes (including internet, newspaper, magazines, radio and television) before, during and after the show and do hereby relinquish any rights whatsoever to any photos taken in connection with the event and give permission to publish or sell said photos.

Advertising Release: In consideration of this entry, entrant and spouse or guest(s) hereby agree to permit the Columbia Valley Classic Car Club to use their names and pictures of their car for publicity, advertising and commercial purposes (including internet, newspaper, magazines, radio and television) before, during and after the show and do hereby relinquish any rights whatsoever to any photos taken in connection with the event and give permission to publish or sell said photos.

Code of Conduct: There will be a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for “Burn-outs” and other “Stunting” acts by the RCMP. These acts are not sanctioned by the Columbia Valley Classic Car Club and are subject to vehicle confiscation, fines and/or other Penalties under the British Columbia Provincial Motor Vehicle Act.
